Is my gift tax-deductible?
Yes. The Woodbury Community Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 72-1592506), so your gift is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. You'll receive a receipt for your records.
Where does my money go?
Gifts to the general fund are directed where the community's need is greatest, as determined by our volunteer board. You can also direct your gift to any specific fund through Find a Fund.
How much of my gift reaches the cause?
Because our board is 100% volunteer and we keep overhead low, more of every dollar reaches the community. We're a Charities Review Council 'Meets Standards' organization, reviewed for responsible stewardship.
Can I give anonymously?
Yes. During checkout you can choose to keep your gift private. Just let us know, and we'll honor your wishes.
Can I set up a recurring monthly gift?
Absolutely, and monthly giving is one of the most powerful ways to support steady, year-round community work. Choose 'Monthly' when you give.
